Suppose on your computer some people use their skype account and when you try to login to your account you see all those skype names in the username and you want to remove them
here is the solution
Click the Start Menu or (Windows + R) shortcut key
'Run' Command will open type the following: %Appdata%/skype press OK or Enter
Now you'll see all the usernames as folders you can Delete the folders that correspond to the username you wish to delete
